*Shipping cannot be guaranteed at this time. However, there has been no issues with shipping that I am aware of during these trying times with my shop. Priority Mail seems to be running a day late so please keep all of this in mind when ordering.

COVID ANNOUNCEMENT:

My Shop makes sure that all Gnomes are made wearing gloves and we send them out disinfected. Due to the Virus I cannot accept returns during this period.

*****VERY IMPORTANT ABOUT SHIPPING:

If you list an incorrect address with your order, and your item gets lost or cannot be delivered, Gnome Village will not be held responsible.

WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY:
These Gnomes are all made at time of order so unless the Gnome is damaged during shipment a refund cannot be made. Due to the pandemic we are not accepting returns at this time.

NO CANCELLATION AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, unless the Gnome is damaged in shipping! When the order is placed it will be designed within 2-hours so anything past that time cannot be cancelled.

DAMAGES must be brought to our attention within 7 days. Each order is sent with a tracking number and it is given to each customer. However, every order is different so please contact me so we can discuss what avenue to follow if there is an issue.

Gnome Combs:

​

You will be receiving a "Gnome Comb" with your order, to keep your new Gnome looking it's best! However, please do not tug on the comb when combing the Gnome hair because you do not want to interrupt the integrity of the fur that surrounds your Gnome.
